Built By Workers For Workers

A dark starry black void that represents entering the status quo of American business and work culture.

The initial creation of this ecosystem began as a way to comprehensively understand and address the deeply normalized and obscure harms that affect all workers in the dominant American business and work status quo.

We clearly see, intellectually, psychologically, and somatically, the invisible architecture that all workers have to navigate and survive, no matter the type of work, industry, organization, etc., to ensure their survival within and under American Capitalism.

As workers first, we have helped countless other workers navigate, survive, exit, and heal from the traumatic impact of the American status quo's leadership, organizational cultures, and systems.

Whether it be from the extraction of worker labor and exploitation of worker trauma, culturally and systemically protected and enforced dehumanizing leadership, business practices, and workplace norms, whistleblowing suppression, wrongful terminations, the injustices of the civil legal system, or the highest forms of institutional corruption, we've seen and experienced the entire spectrum of the invisible dominant status quo.

These experiences simultaneously occurred with us having to face intense scapegoating, treachery, threats of imprisonment, destitution, homelessness, and other life-threatening and altering situations as a result of staunchly challenging the status quo. As we said, we undoubtedly see and know the complete invisible architecture of the status quo, and our awareness and knowledge of it can never be shaken or distorted.

No matter where workers are in navigating, questioning, or challenging the status quo, this worker-center ecosystem exists to comprehensively support them every step of the way, as well as to culturally, systemically, and institutionally redesign and restructure American business and work for the betterment of all workers.

The creation of this ecosystem would not be possible without the community, collective care, and shared humanity of and from workers. The very existence of this ecosystem is irrefutable evidence of workers' real collective power and the status quo's false power. Please read the manifesto for this ecosystem's movement, linked below, to learn more about the special place workers have in this ecosystem.

Due to the inherent narcissistic nature of the status quo, the work of this ecosystem is ever evolving. If you're experiencing something as a worker that we haven't yet solved or haven't yet found a solution for, or that we could refine, that's within our wheelhouse. We encourage you to submit the feedback in the form below.

Whenever, wherever there's obscure harm to workers, our ecosystem will be there standing ten toes down, ready to dismantle the status quo.

Worker Inquiry Form

This ecosystem exists for workers who are actively questioning, navigating, or challenging the obscure realities of modern work culture.

Our work engages with individuals who are beginning to recognize patterns within their workplaces, question the dynamics shaping their experience, and consider what it means to navigate or move beyond the status quo.

Through this inquiry, we’re looking to understand how you are currently making sense of your situation, the direction you’re moving in, and where there may be alignment with the broader ecosystem.

If you are beginning to feel that something is off in your work environment, we encourage you to watch or listen to our publications through the media arm of this ecosystem to gain clarity, language, and education about your experience.
